| Service Policy |
| The repair service is provided as per the warranty terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card. The machines are repaired by the selling dealer or the company shop. For all Straight Stitch and Semi Industrial machines, the repairs service is provided over the counter while for Zig Zag, Semi Zig Zag, Memory Craft and Industrial machines, the repairs service is provided at the site/user location. |

| Replacement procedure |
| The replacement procedure is defined in ISO procedure 39 and 39-1. |

| In warranty / out of warranty service system |
Straight Stitch and Semi Industrial Machines: For repairs within and out warranty, the customer need to bring the machine to the selling dealer or shop and same will be repaired by the mechanic. If customer insists for home service, same can be provided with an additional charge of Rs.100/- and conveyance expenses.
For Zig Zag, Semi Zig Zag, Memory Craft and Industrial machines, generally the service will be offered at the user location/site free of cost within warranty and on chargeable basis out side the warranty. |

The Service charges are as follows:
- Straight Stitch Machines: Rs.100/-
- Semi Zig Zag Machines: Rs.175/-
- Zig Zag Machines: Rs.250/-

| The repair service being provided through the selling dealer/company shop, there is no ASC for this product. |
