| The repair service is provided as per the warranty terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card. The products are repaired by the selling dealers. |

| Replacement procedure |
| The replacement procedure is defined in ISO procedure 44 to 48. |

| In warranty / out of warranty service system |
MMB: The products are to be repaired by the selling dealers and replaced in cases of specified faults in replacement procedures mentioned above. The customer will bring the products to the dealer for repairs. |

| Service charges |
The Service charges are as follows:
- MMB: 200/-
- Davey Pump: 350/-
- Honda Gensets: As per HSPPL guidelines.
- Submersible Pumps: The Service charges are as per details.
