| Service Policy |
| The repair service is provided as per the warranty terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card. The appliances are repaired by the ASC, selling dealer if no ASC is operating in that town or the company shop. For room coolers and water heaters, the repairs service is provided at the site/user location while for others it is counter service for all other products. |

| Replacement procedure |
| The replacement procedure is defined in ISO procedure 39 and 39-1. |
