| Service Policy |
| The repair service is provided as per the warranty terms and conditions mentioned in the warranty card. The fans are repaired by the ASC, selling dealer if no ASC is operating in that town or the company shop. For all ceilling fans, the repairs service is provided at the site/user location while for others it is counter service. |

| Replacement procedure |
| The replacement procedure is defined in ISO procedure 39 and 39-1. |

| In warranty / out of warranty service system |
| The repair system is same for both status of warranty and is as per Service Policy given above. |

| Service charges |
The Service charges are as follows:

TPW fans: Rs.125/-
- Ceiling Fans: Rs.100/-
