The basic recipe to which you can add as many
variations as your imagination permits! The Lexus Ice Cream
Maker makes this otherwise tedious procedure remarkably simple.

Ingredients

- 1 eggs yolk
- 4 tablespoons cold milk
- 200 mls heavy or whipped cream, chilled
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Method
- Put the egg yolk and milk into the Ice Cream Maker attachment.
Switch on the pulse switch for a few seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Switch the machine on. It will take between 1-3 minutes to mix
the ingredients for freezing. You should no longer be able to
see the central cone in the machine.
- Pour the mixture into the given moulds and freeze. The Ice Cream
should be ready in 4-5 hours. Keep out for about 10 minutes to
allow the ice cream to soften before serving.
Notes : To make vanilla ice
cream with chocolate chips in it, grate a bar of chocolate. (This
is easiest done with the Mixer Grinder to the consistency you want.
Fold it in after the ice cream has thickened lightly, which should
take about 3 hours. Refreeze till firm).
