Ingredients |
- ½ -3/4 Teaspoon green tea
- 2 strands saffron
- 1 large green cardamom
- 1 small piece cinnamon
- 2 almonds, blanched and crushed or slivered
- 3 teaspoons sugar or to taste

Method
- Add the tea, crushed between your palms, to the tea-pot, containing 2 cups of water and the saffron. While waiting for the water to boil, which will happen in just 10 minutes, arranger 3 warmed cups and saucers on a tray.
- In the dry grinder, powder the cardamom and cinnamon.
- Divide the cardamom, cinnamon and almonds equally between the cups.
- As soon as the tea boils, add the sugar, stir and strain into the cups. Serve piping hot.
