Job Profile
Position: HR Regional Coordinator – West
Location: Mumbai
Dept: HR
Job Description:- The candidate would be responsible for coordinating the entire gamut of HR practices for Divisional Sales offices in terms of:
- Recruitment
- Handle time bound recruitment activities
- Keep track of competitor’s manpower and build up database.
- Induction Module-
- To develop induction modules for new employees so as to give them perspective of the organization, make them aware of company policies and procedures.
- Training Program:
- Conduct / Organize - Skill / Behavioral programs for the Sales staff as per Corporate Training Calendar.
- Compensation Benchmarking:
- To collate data about regional compensation practices
- Make suggestions to HO regarding realigning the structure in order to attract and retain the best employees.
- Talent Management:
- To identify critical performers and make out their career progression so that high performers can be retained in the organization.
- Coach, manage & develop key business people for the region.
- Policy deployment:
- Formulate division wise policies keeping regional factors into account.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies at Regional levels.
- Exit Interviews :
- Conduct exit interviews and complete relieving formalities.
- Manpower Planning
- Correlate manpower strength to departmental/ product targets, structures and review manpower required on periodic basis.
- Carry out the manpower planning and develop the roadmap for resource management
- Campus Recruitment
- Recruit through campus at various levels e.g. – Graduate Engineer Trainee scheme/ Management Trainee scheme and coordinate with the short listed Institutes for the same.
- Organizational Development
- Design & implement OD initiatives for the region
- Maintain up-to-date Organizational charts for the divisions.
Reporting:
The regional coordinator would functionally report in to Head - HR at Head Office and Administratively to Divisional Manager of the Division of posting.
The Regional Coordinators would be assisted by the Commercial staff at the respective division.
Region West covers - Maharashtra / Gujarat / Madhya Pradesh
