Our Network

Our distribution network includes the following:

  • 16 divisional offices
  • 30 warehouses
  • 60 company retail outlets
  • 3 spare parts centre
  • 5000 sales and service centres
  • A central spare parts centre

We also conduct regular workshops for the dealer mechanics and service staff. Mobile service vans perform the same function in remote areas. Usha International today has 29 Authorised Service Centres cover markets other than the divisional headquarters.

In addition, our service supervisors do continuous measurements against set standards for:

  • Call response time.
  • Feedback from customers to ensure their level of satisfaction called "Happy call analysis".
  • Efficacy of operations.

All the above activities are directed towards giving world-class service and achieving complete customer satisfaction.

Central Spare Parts Centre

At Usha International, it is a recognised policy that we not only sell products, but rather, deliver customer satisfaction. Service is an important ingredient of our marketing strategy. In turn, timely availability of quality spares is just as crucial. In recognition of this commitment and to provide greater convenience, the Usha Spare Parts Centre (UPSC) at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi has been made operational w.e.f. 1st Oct. 2002.

The USPC caters to the needs of divisions, dealers and customers for all products marketed by Usha International, except home appliances and select models of fans. A detailed list of spares has been circulated to the trade. Henceforth, these spares will be stocked at the USPC only and not at the divisional godowns. Dealers may either place direct orders on the USPC - vide fax (011-23221625) or post (1/13-14 Asaf Ali Road, Delhi - 110002) - or at the divisional office or email their requirement to rajinder_dhiman@ushainternational.com.Orders are to be accompanied with advance DD payments basis the rate list. All spare parts will be despatched by courier. An option of Draft On Delivery (DOD) is also available, should dealers so desire - this case, service charges will be additional. Deliveries to all destinations will take place within 7 working days at the most.

The USPC is also working to ensure standardised packing for all spares. Attractive skin packs with the Usha Original Spares logo are in place for most sewing machines. Fans / MMB and diesel engine spares. All spares will come with stickers bearing part details and MRP.

Operations at the USPC have been computerised to ensure a quick response time. Another step in delivering service on - time and which added convenience
